    Hello everyone,

is there an option to disable a user from random matchmaking? I met [name removed] or so now 2-3 times and he is not a guy i want to be with.

    Thanks in advance!

    Hey,

no, that's not possible as it would be easily abusable. One way to circumvent getting matched with someone would be to party with someone you know or check in the lobby if they're around.

Depending on what the player is doing, there's options to mute or report them in-game by holding tab and clicking the icons next to their name.

In more serious cases (for more information see this) there's the option to report someone manually in the forums.

The problem here is... Even if you mute someone for being an asshat, you can still see their pings. So once they figure out that you've muted them, they'll just spam pings to keep up the irritation.

And then the matchmaking system will pair you up with people that you've muted previously. I have played this game so much that as soon as someone starts acting up, I mute. I just don't have the patience to try and get someone to understand that I'm not going to send on 14 into trees anymore, etc etc. So my mute list is pretty big, and I still get matched with these people repeatedly.

Muting is supposed to mute pings. Will add it to our list to fix.

So turning pings from muted players off doesn't work currently? I can't test right now, just always assumed it would.

I Think it present some problems if you cant see pings from muted people i got @Xarku ect. muted. Don’t ask me why. But we can still win games because we can both use pings

Never mind, I forgot about that option. Thanks, jitsuc. Muting doesn't mute pings by default, but you can enable it. The reason it's not enabled by default is what Egekaer said.

Let us know if that doesn't work for you, @SiegeMentality!

You cannot create this feature since you can easily abuse it.

The playerbase is way too small. If you see person x in queue, just block him, that way you avoid getting matched with him. This would be a really big issue in high elo.

Also, consider that you meet a new player in the game. You don't want to play with this new player for your next games. You will just need to mute him to be sure to avoid him.
That's not fair for this new player! ;)

Thank you for this inspiration, since I can't seem to get out of that zone that keeps pairing me with brand new people.

The easiest way to get out of that bracket is to team up with someone. Previously I climbed out solo with two account, so that’s also a possibility. It is a little bit harder, but also so much more rewarding. You just have to focus on your own game. Only good advice I have is to follow your teammates sendpatterns. There is no reason to starve yourself if your teammate is just incomesending

    Block everyone in high elo.
    Abuse silver players.
    Profit.
