Shop doesn´t work

    Hello,

    i want a few nice skins but i can´t buy nothing. The steam overlay is starting, i confirm and the steam overlay is loading but nothing happens.
    How can i fix this? Hope somebody knows it :).

    Hi Cypress. Can you upload your logs?
    1. Right click Legion TD 2 in Steam library > Manage > Browse Local Files
    2. Browse to Legion TD 2 > Dev > Logs > [date you tried to purchase something from shop] <-- zip this folder and attach it here. If it's too large, upload it to https://uploadfiles.io/ and share the link

    Can you maybe clarify a bit more at what point it stops working? It seems in one logfile (2021-2-21 03-19-55) that you got to the point where the game is waiting for the steam transaction to finish. Are you able to start the payment process or does the overlay stop loading before you get to this point?

    I'm not really sure what exactly you're confirming and when exactly nothing happens anymore. Perhaps this would help to narrow down what's going on.

    Hi i can start the steam transaction and wait for the final load from the overlay. The Message is "Loading... Steam Overlay".
    Its the first time that the overlay can´t loud and nothing happens after this message.

    I'm not sure, but I have a guess.

    1. Make sure the game is not running.
    2. Go to Legion TD 2/Config/[your player ID] and delete PendingOrders.txt
    3. Restart the game and try making another purchase

    Thanks for confirming! I was able to use your log files to implement a more permanent solution for the next patch, as well as escalate an issue with our backend provider.
