Stuck at map view after launching game (No menu/GUI)

    Hey Lisk,

    here is the latest game log (i can see nothing which got to do with the Coherent uiGT) and the Output log.

    there is still the line:

    "
    Failed to load 'C:/Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/Legion TD 2/Legion TD 2_Data/Plugins/CoherentUIGT_Native.dll' with error 'The specified procedure could not be found.
    '.

    (Filename: Line: 117)

    "

    Another interesting line i found was :

    "d3d11: D3D_FEATURE_LEVEL_11_1 not-recognized (only 11.0 runtime installed?)"

    and there seems to be the option to activate an UI Log?:

    "0:Configured LogUI: False"

    would it help, if you tell me how to activate it for more logfiles?

    Edit:

    On the Coherent Labs Changelog List (https://coherent-labs.com/changelog-coherent-gt/) i found a Fix for Version 1.15.0.0 (Released February 6th 2018) which mentions:

    Fix Fixed compatibility with Windows Vista

    Is that the line we were waiting for ? :)))

    Unfortunately, it is looking like not until next week at the earliest. I tried upgrading to 1.15 yesterday, but experienced crash/stability issues while in the main menu screens. I've been working with the Coherent GT team around the clock to try to figure out what is going on.

    Thanks for the logs - I'm still working on figuring out stability issues with Coherent GT 1.15.0.1, so it is expected that it won't work yet.

    So it doesn´t work on 1.76a either. Am i right that i have to look for:
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Legion TD 2\Legion TD 2_Data\Plugins\CoherentUIGT_Native.dll (vers. 1.14.0.10) and check when it´s version is 1.15.X.XX to test it and give feedback?

    Best thing to do is just wait for patch notes to say there is a potential fix, then try it.

    I'm still tied up with higher priority items, but I'm hoping to get working on this again later this week.

    Good news - I worked many hours last night and this morning and I was able to get Coherent 1.15 to be compatible with Legion TD 2. We should have a patch out within the hour.

    Please try the latest 1.77a version released just now for a possible fix for this bug!

    Hey Lisk, you need to invent another Button, for when a like is not enough, i would suggest: A Hug Button. :rolleyes:

    Good News is:

    Yeah, the Game Starts and i can´t See the map, but the "Log in to Steam" Notification :)

    Bad News is:
    "Can´t connect to Steam, connection Timed out. Please Restart the Client"

    Searched this Forum and now i am reinstalling the game after deinstalling(Was the only suggestion i could find). Because of my slow internet connection, this will take aprox. 30 min.

    Thanks for the logs - it looks like the Discord plugin is not loading properly on Vista. I'm searching for a solution.

    @PitMcKing it looks like my hotfix didn't solve the problem. I'll need some time to come up with a fix. It's tricky because Steam has the same build files for all versions of Windows, so it's hard to disable code specifically for vista. I'll think of something, though.

    @PitMcKing I thought of something that may have chance to work.

    Can you try forcing the app to run in 32-bit mode?

    To do this:
    1. Right click Legion TD 2 in your Steam Library
    2. Properties
    3. Set Launch Options
    4. Type "-force32"
    5. Run the game
