URGENT: Game unplayable + Name change request

    Hi.

    I would like to change my name. My ingame name is Chokofant which I made by mistake.
    My game has become unplayable the last 3 days.

    I have 2 different scenarios.

    1: Launch the game, music starts playing, game icon appears in bottom of my screen. The game doesnt appear on screen. so I can watch my other applications and move the curser around. when I move the curser I can hear it hovering over the menu ingame. But I'm not able to see the game.

    2: Game launches and log in slowly/laggy/stuttering. The background lightning effect is laggy. Everything is delayed and slow. Even typing in the chat is laggy. Then out of nowhere, the game disappears and Im back to scenario 1.

    I tried reinstalling the game + verify integrity files.
    Game has run perfectly until now.

    Please help asap :)

    Did anything change on your computer? Any other software installed or changed something hardware-related? Or change any setting in LTD2?

    Also, just to make sure - you're playing on the live server and not the test server (i.e. no change in steam library)?

    I have not been aware of any changes in software. Legion Td settings are untouched.

    I dont know how to change server.
    So I am guessing Im still playing on the live server.
    Can you tell me how to figure this out?

    All other games runs smoothly as usual.

    Then you're most likely on the live server.

    You can check it by right clicking Legion TD 2 in your steam library -> properties

    If it's 'NONE', you're on live.

    The odd thing is - there was no client patch in the last 3 days, so not sure what's going on. I'm not sure if anything changed on the server side.

    Can you start the game and when the issue occurs, upload the logs here (in case you need help to find them: see this).
    Also might be worth to upload the output.txt.

    For your Output Log, browse to Legion TD 2 > Legion TD 2_Data and find output_log.txt

    I fixed it!

    Right clicked legion TD -> on properties -> General -> Un-tic the box "use desktopgamecinema while steamVR is active"

    Directly translated from Danish.

    I can't, but someone from the staff can give you a name change once they're online!

    And thanks for letting us know what fixed it for you, maybe that can help others as well.

    I've granted you a namechange, feel free to use it with /resetname in the global chat. Also good job on figuring this out, might help people in the feature with the same problem as jitsuc said.
