    Client Updates

    Name Changes
    - Fixed a bug where players trying to set a display name that was taken or had invalid characters weren't notified why their name was invalid
    - Names allow periods now
    - An additional name reset has been given to all players. Type /resetname in Global Chat to change your name.

    Stability
    - Fixed a crash that prevented 32-bit build from connecting to Steam (disabled discordrpc.dll)

    Profile
    - Fixed a bug where in some situations, viewing someone's profile would cause your client to become unresponsive

    Chat
    - Now only autoscrolls if you're at the bottom or if you type a new message
    - Now has timestamps

    Performance
    - Improved responsiveness in a number of areas - implemented a separate call for fetching only display name (so when we only need the display name, we don't fetch unneeded profile info)

    Game Updates

    Mercenary Send System
    - Changed to make West/East even, to allow you to more easily strategize with your allies, and to make it easier to remember
    -- East mercenaries are now sent as follows:
    • Player 5 sends to 2
    • Player 6 sends to 1
    • Player 7 sends to 4
    • Player 8 sends to 3
    Matchmaking
    - Now prioritizes having parties be similar rating over having perfectly even teams. The matchmaker is now less likely to put high-rated parties on teams with low-rated parties as a way to balance things out.
    - Now waits longer to find fairer matches and match you with players closer to your skill level. High-rated players may notice slightly longer queue times.
    - In the future, we plan to add an option that allows you to select a preference between “fast queues” and “fair games”

    Party Adjustments
    - Partying with your friends is now generally less punishing but slightly more punishing if your party has one player who is significantly higher rated than everyone else
    -- Duo/Trio/Quad adjustment decreased to +20/40/70 from +35/70/120
    -- The highest-rated player in the party now has a higher weight in determining the party rating

    Examples:
    - A quad with ratings 1200, 1200, 1200, 1200 now has a team rating of 1270 instead of 1320
    - A quad with ratings 1800, 1200, 1200, 1200 now has a team rating of 1510 instead of 1470

    Custom Games
    - Fixed a bug where if you viewed a player profile while in a custom game, you wouldn't be able to get back

    Reconnecting
    - Fixed a bug where the scoreboard would have buggy white names after reconnecting
    - Fixed a bug where player values would be 0 until they built/sold something

    Interface
    - Fixed a rare bug where Upgrade Supply would be missing from the HUD

    Lord of Death
    - Undead Dragon: Degenerates 2% max health per second instead of 1%
    - Undead Dragon: Health increased to 1000 from 800

    Hades
    - Imp: Degenerates 2% max health per second instead of 1%
    - Imp: Health increased to 500 from 420

    Grove

    Consort
    - Health decreased to 780 from 790

    Canopie
    - Attack speed (attacks per second) decreased to 0.877 from 0.893

    Waves

    (10) Granddaddy
    - Attack speed (attacks per second) reverted to 1.96 from 1.85
    - Reconstructive Exoskeleton now only heals when out of combat
    - Bounty to leaker/killer/opposing team changed to 100/20/40 from 100/50/0

    (14) Killer Slugs
    - Health decreased to 1700 from 1750

    Mercenaries

    Kraken
    - Health increased to 7100 from 7000

    Thanks for the fix of wave 10. I like that out of combat it heals. That's definitely a good change.

    Why nerfing Consort and Canopie ? they were fine :(
    focus Forsaken for nerfing ty :D

    Consort/Canopie were really value efficient. While using them, Grove could hold waves while under value and against enemy sends.

    Nerfing Harbingers was necessary. Though I still think the strongest part of the doggies wasn't the mass spam of them to hold (though that definitely needed to be nerfed too), but the ability to be able to tank over 9 autoattacks from Granddaddy each summon, and that will only change to something like 8 or maybe 7 now due to increased decay rate. They also feel somewhat stronger in the short term, against waves that do a lot of damage quickly, as the decay won't be felt as much.

    I'm undecided whether the health increase was a weak compensation buff, or if it totally just ignored the increased health decay and made them stronger overall.

    hmm good patch!!!! buff for element and forsaken:) i dont think that Chaos Hound last longer than 10 sec so changes seems like buff on the line and nerf on king def.

    Wow.. i love the changes.. but imo starcaller harbinger combo is even stronger now, because disciple 10 is very good now too..

    For reference: seems like bounty went from % to fixed gold number, the mentioned 'old' 100/50/0 gold recieved is the same as 67%/33% from the other patchnote.

    Hope you guys manage to bring back W10 power later, was fun having a real challenge instead of mindlessly holding it on 8 workers.


    Cant believe this buff to element tho. That change is just so incredible, far beyond what i hoped. Gonna be so much stronger between w11-18 now.

    if Undead Dragon and Chaos Hound are focused then its buff becasue of more hp. If they are not focused head chief and bucher will just heal them???

    Weird reasoning, you can just get more workers if you wan't a challenge. (And you must consider how the low worker counts effected the entire game)

    Nice changes though the send system should be changed a bit more. The way the system is with this patch is more 2v2 than 4v4 sending wise. Players 1,2,5,6 only send and recieve from each other in a sort of 2v2 and the same goewith 3,4,7,8.
    It should imo be so that for the east side sends to the following as also argued in the reddit post that seemed to wish the change in the first place.
